Right of withdrawal form

No right of withdrawal shall be exercised by a Buyer who is not a consumer.
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser may exercise his right of withdrawal, that is to say he does not wish to acquire without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties. The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of the conclusion of the contract to send his request for withdrawal via the online form which will be registered by the Site and confirmed by the sending E-mail to the Buyer. It can also be sent by post.

In the absence of receipt of an acknowledgment of receipt by the Site, it will be for the Buyer to re-commit his request to the Site and to realize it in particular by means of an e-mail within the legal deadlines for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Attention: any digital content provided by the Site before the end of the withdrawal period following the waiver by the Buyer of its right of retraction is excluded from the scope of the right of retraction of the consumer in accordance with Article L.221 -28 of the Consumer Code.

In exercising its right of withdrawal, the Buyer may request the reimbursement of the service (s) concerned or opt for the allocation of a credit on the products offered for sale on the Site.
In case of request to have, the Site will communicate to the Purchaser, by e-mail, the duration of validity of the credit.
In the event of an application for reimbursement, the settlement will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.
